From the South (Route 7)

 Just past Bournes Texaco on your right

 Take I 189 to the Dorset Steet Exit (approximately 1 mile)

 Get in the right hand lane and turn Right onto Dorset Street

 At the next light turn left

 Rink is on your left

It might be a little quicker to turn at Swift St. off Route 7 rather than take I-189 like their directions describe.  Swift St. goes right by the entrance to the arena.  It's probably not a huge difference either way. 

If you're driving north on 116, the most direct route is to drive to the stop light at Kennedy Drive, turn left, then take another left at Dorset St.  The arena is just south of the interstate underpass on your left.
